Hearth & Fire

Food as remembrance.
Ritual as nourishment.
Life lived in rhythm.

A return to warmth, rhythm, and remembering.

Why This Exists

We live in a time of abundance without nourishment. Food has become fuel, ritual has become routine, and the body is often asked to perform instead of listen. This work exists to remember what has always been known - that nourishment is relational, seasonal and deeply intelligent.

About Hearth & Fire

Hearth & Fire was birthed from a quiet noticing. Many people set out to fix themselves in ways that feel urgent, disconnected, and exhausting. We override the wisdom of our bodies in an attempt to optimize what was never broken. But the body moves by a different rhythm. It responds to warmth and deliberate nourishment. It responds to food that feels grounding. It responds to season, to steadiness, to being held rather than managed. This work has been shaped through my own seasons of unlearning urgency and rebuilding rhythm through food, through listening and working with the body, and through steady, compatible practice. It is not about control. It is about discernment — knowing when to tend the fire and when to let it rest. It is about clarity over chaos. It is about deliberate action rooted in rhythm rather than force.Through simple ritual practices, and one-on-one guidance, I help people reconnect with the intelligence already living in their bodies. Not through overwhelm. Through rhythm — and, when needed, through heat.

This is for you if...

This space is for you if you're tired of forcing your body to comply. If you suspect there is a wiser pace than urgency. If you're ready to move with intention instead of reaction. If you're drawn to food, ritual, and story not as trends but as teachers. This is about recognition, not persuasion.

My work is informed by ancient systems, lived, experience, and deep listening. I work with rhythm rather than urgency, nourishment rather than restriction and remembrance rather than fixing.
